Refund policy

Return, Replacement & Alteration Policy

All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than damage. Please review all product details, sizing, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Alterations

We offer alteration services (no returns / no refunds).

If you need an alteration:

  1. You must ship the product back to us at your own cost.

  2. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original condition.

  3. After the alteration, we will ship the product back to you.

  4. Please email us before sending the parcel for approval and instructions.


**Damage or Wrong Item Received

📌 Unboxing Video Required — No Video = No Replacement**
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will send a replacement only — never a refund.

To qualify, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

  • The unopened parcel

  • The full unboxing in one single shot

  • The damaged or incorrect item exactly as received

Without an unboxing video, damage or wrong-item claims cannot be accepted.

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery at:

If approved, we will ship the correct or replacement product at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Products used, worn, or missing tags

  • Sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Gift cards

No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstance.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed.
If you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try to assist — but cancellation is not guaranteed.


Replacement Only (No Refund Policy)

If a product is damaged or incorrect (with valid unboxing video), we will:

  • Send you a replacement, or

  • Send the correct product

We do not issue refunds.
