This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or holidays. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, your order typically arrives within:

Standard Delivery (India): 7–10 days

Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take longer
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

A shipping confirmation email

A tracking number

A link to track your shipment
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update after dispatch.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete:

We may not be able to modify it after the order is processed

If the parcel returns to us due to address issues, reshipment charges will apply
Onna Living is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the courier, Onna Living is not liable for:

Delivery delays

Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

Lost or stolen packages
For such issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible but are not responsible for courier-related errors.
6. Damaged Products — Unboxing Video Required
If your order arrives damaged, you must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video showing:

The sealed, unopened parcel

The full opening process in one shot

The damaged item exactly as received
Without an unboxing video, we cannot process damage claims.
If approved, we will send a replacement product only — no refunds.
All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts and the parcel returns to us:

Re-delivery charges will apply
Unclaimed or refused packages are not eligible for refunds.
8. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping fees must be paid by the customer.
9. International Shipping
(If you want to offer international shipping, I can add country-specific details.)
Currently, we do not offer shipping outside India.
